All, from what I'm told. 
I was at one of the 4x4 shops doing some work and the shop guys were saying that they have had problems trying to load tuner programs in to trucks that have come back from the dealers for having work done. Bully dog, sct, banks and others are all being blocked.

Rumor mill says its being done to 6.4's. Read this on several other site's, seems to be something to it. One tech mentioned buying a new main computer and loading SCT onto it to get DPF delete to work because a Ford flash had blocked the program from loading. I can't verify but there's alot of scuttlebutt.
Well, I'm wondering how the dealer here is putting the Banks system on the 08's here. There are three trucks here that have the system, I thinking there’s something more to this. Unless this is done by Banks them self’s for the dealer or a factory set up for Banks. Like no software blocking programs. I dont know....

myself and three others that I know for up here have had the new flash done, and when we tried to load the bullydog we all got messages, "unknown vehicle part" on t he programmer display. A quick trip to the Bully dog website for an update and we were able to load it again.

only thing is, bully dog's crazy larry is unavailable, when you update you lose it if you had it.

Banks, doesn't use a programmer. They're 6-gun and ottomind units, piggyback off the ECM not reprogram it, I doubt that any flash update could block that.
