Well after two visits to the DSB, they finally "awarded" me a replacement truck. Now that all sounds fine and dandy but let me fill you in on a few details. They are charging me a milage usage fee of $12,000 for a years worth of use. They must have forgotten that most of that "use" was driving to and from the dealerships for repairs. All in all, it would be worth more to trade it in on another vehicle. Needless to say I am VERY UNHAPPY with all of this, and will not be accepting the boards decision. If I would have known that I was going to get screwed this hard, I would have traded it in a long time ago. What a waste of time and money. I think Ford has lost a lifetime customer.
