Speaking of 8V92's...my brother bought a brand new W 900 A Model in 1979 with a Silver 92. It was Detroit's 440 hp. That thing screamed, pulled, ran unbelievable for 100K miles, then one day it scattered unmercifully in Connecticut. Luckily it was close to the Detroit dealer, and it got a hystorectomy.

Those were the days...make as much smoke as you could, pour raw fuel out the stacks, make noise,...now it's a changed world.

Yeah, I'm feelin' the love here moreso than other forums I've stumbled onto in the past. I've had lousy results elsewhere in the past, being around a few waterheads that either know it ALL, or don't know ANYTHING but claim to.

I know just enough to get in trouble, but not enough to leave it alone...(Stolen from a Hank Jr. song actually...)
