Only negitive on my 06 F350, 4x4,Manual trans., is that sometimes at a intersection, waiting for the green light, when shifting from neutral to first, you can shift from neutral to third, or reverse.
It would be nice if Ford was to put an indicator on the dash that would show which gear that you are in.
I went out and purchased a step ladder to be able to wash the windshield, and to get up onto the truck bed. Since I am older than dirt and 5' 8" , and have hip problems, getting up onto the bed is a major effort.
How in the world do you guys that have lift kits manage washing the windshield and getting up on the bed? Only a minor inconvenience for you young guys, but for us old guys, it is major. Maybe a folding step would work, one that would fit into the hitch receiver. Hmmm I will look into that. The tailgate hight on the 06 is five inches taller than my 93 F350 dually. All said and done, I love this 06 truck.
