take truck in they tell you one thing you fix it no start, take it back now they tell you something else, fix that. What they don't tell you is we drained your batteries so when you go to start the truck it's a no go ( they also tell you after replacing the lpop that you need to crank it alot to get oil pressure ). I love those guys at ford service dept....

I think its time to call ford and start bitching about your dealer. and after you get refunded some money, go somewhere else.

Dealers are like people. There are good ones and bad ones. Switch your dealer. I did after I got the run-a-round. The finally went out of business.

You are scaring me, headed to the Ford shop this morning for some service work.

As long as your truck starts you might be ok. When I first had it towed they told me hpop and $1800 to fix ( they say 10 hours to replace did it in 6) , ok tow it home I'll do it $530 for part $60 for towing. Still no start, tow it back $60 and $130 diag. Now oh it's your low pressure oil pump $2400, ok I can fix that to, tow it back $60 and the part $620 ( they said 13 hour job, I did it in 5 ). Trip to wal-mart for battery charger let it charge over night and crank for 5 minutes and we have ignition. They need to burn that book they go by for how long it takes or is it just to screw us with!

DaveBen is right, I've never had a problem with my dealer and i buy all my parts from them but my friend had problems with the one he bought his truck from. They didn't fix the right stuff the first time and kept charging him the deductable. Don't bother calling Ford corporate - Kinda like calling the President to bitch about your govenor
