What always amazes me about an Over Seas plant, of any kind, that makes anything.. is the Cleanliness. Everything is Neat'n Clean. Including the Workers.

Great. How long before its all made overseas and exported here? Ford's website for the longest time [maybe still does] had an ad about planting grass on the roof of a factory. Guess the real time and talent went towards the overseas operation. *sigh*

As was stated, they don't have the UAW (or any other union) to screw things up.

Ford has a very large market on S America and the majority of those vehicle built there are sold there. Some are exported but not to the US.

They build one of the coolest Superduties on the planet at that plant.

What S/duties they building, Diesel? The short one's that you see at airports? Which one?

The Hyundai plant in Montgomery, Alabama looks similar, and there are dozens of supplier facilities within an hour's drive of the main plant.

The folks that work there don't have a union, either. But I haven't heard too many complaints.

BMW in SC, Hyundai, Honda, and Mercedes-Benz in AL, and Nissan in MS are similar.
