fluid drip by brake pedal

Wondering if anyone has ever had fluid drip from around the brake pedal?
It looks to thick to be brake fluid. Its only done it once, and dont have any idea what it might have been.

Just took my truck to the dealer for the same proplem.They said that it was grease from the adj Pedals dripping from the gear that moves the petals in and out. Just thought you might like to know.

Yeah, its assembly lube for the pedals.
