i thought i had heard them all....THIS ONE IS FUNNY!

i am scared of jinxing myself, but the flu went through my family, work, and through my wifes law school and she even had it for a week, then her friend came up from nc and SHE had it also......i am still 100% healthy, havent caught it from anyone. i think its the mountain dew in mass quantities

to all who are sick, rest up and fell better soon! (now is a good time to catch up on your jerry springer and other lovely daytime tv programming!)

Just got over that flu bug. Still coughing stuff up though. Was no fun what so ever. Just layed under the covers in a sweat suit. Took 10 days and 4 differnt times to break the fever. Would go away and then come back. Good luck with ya'll getting better. Hope the wife breaks it and doesn't have to go to the hospital.

Thanks to everyones prayers, the wife is not going into the hospital. The Doctor said that he sees improvement in her lungs, and she is on the road to getting well.

My Mother just called and she is going to the hospital, this morning. This is some bad stuff! She has had this flu for 4 days and no relief yet.

Here in Redding, the hospitals are maxed out. People getting out of surgery do not have a bed to go to.
Sorry to hear about your mother. It is three weeks exactly that we contracted the flu. I do not have a clue as to when we will be well again.
Keep a close watch over your mother, because this flu goes into pneumonia, and that is very hard on older people. So we can put her on our prayer list, what is her first name?
