Looks like you could remove some earth along that fence line & make a diversion route.?! To the street maybe? Any excuse to rent some power equipment is a good one! :sweet

I get the same thing only my driveway is dirt, (MUD this time of year) I think I may finally do some concrete & asphalt this year. I really went postal the other day unloading my truck and walking through the mud.-mad :cussing:

Yake some pics of the whole property, you'll get lots of suggestions

i was not done yet, clicked on the wrong spot.....:roflmao ....hasn`t bee a very good day.....:cussing: ....

yeah i do have very similar problem. where i park the truck is a mud pit at the moment....-mad ....all the water seems run towards the house....now i can park the truck further away, but i don`t like doing that, for the reason that my other truck they tried to break into twice. so i like parking as close as possible to the house, that way the dog can here if there is anybody out there, not to many will mess with a 100lb german sheaperd....:roflmao ....will be getting some gravel real soon.....:D ....

CREEK:

Scot, Alex: Being i am a landscaper, that very idea is the one being kicked around in my head. I have already done 3 different things to try and eleviate this problem. Thought the last would solve it. NOPE..-mad It also doesn't help that the water leak lady's water which froze, prolly some 1000 gallons - frozen 6-8" thick... also needs to drain off.

Just came in from playing in the creek. I took some video this time. It could be a hassle, but i may try to post it - if i can figure out how too. I want to rip down his wood fence, pull mine and dig a swale and fill it w/ rock - make a dry creek bed (summer) and a wet one (for times like now and when we get a heavy rain.)

Bush; as for the neighbor, piss on him. He does nothing, could care less about his yard, mows 2-3 times per year. Really gets me in the short hairs. As for me digging up his yard, I really don't think he would care.

p.s. did i mention i have city power buried 18" down running just 1 foot inside my fence. it feeds the rest of the development to the South of me.:cussing:
that could pose a problem.....

just dig a big hole in the neighbours yard(fish pond) and let all the water drain there....:roflmao :roflmao :roflmao ....

yeah that might pose a problem with the hydro line there. what about something on the other side of the house?.... yes i know you are a landscaper.
now come and fix my front yard.....:roflmao :roflmao :roflmao

French drains don't work that well up here as the ground is still frozen and all the runoff needs to go across the surface till the ground thaws.
