Flip chip Dial install? Where is the article?

I want to install my Dial to the bottom right of my Column, but having some issues.

Anyone know how to remove the bottom section that the fuse panel door hangs on?

I cant find where to remove the bottom panel after I have removed the Fuse panel access door.

Why do you need to remove it? Just drill a hole?

I drilled the hole, but there is ALOT of excessive plastic back there I cant get to with a dremmel or cutters.. so the dial wont fit in the back

I know you have an exacto knife airplane boy, trim it from the front.

I just put mine right on the fuse panel cover so if I ever wanted to get rid of it (why, I dont know?) all I had to do was just replace the fuse cover and not have a hole in my dash. Plus it put it within reach but out of sight.

LOL! If I could from the front I would HAHA! its gotta coem off there is ridgges of plastic a poker some funky long line of plastic back in the back...

hmm maybe I could make a extension of some sort!
