First diesel, what ______

Well I finally traded in my 00 F250 V10 for a 05 F250 PSD. I've already transfered my Pioneer AVIC N3 along with all the stereo goodies and I'll be lifting this truck 15"s. (Last one was 13"s). What now?

If you had a blank canvas to start with what would you do? (besides things that are already planned.) What can I expect, IE problem areas, nice performance upgrades that YOU have tried, etc.

Welcome aboard, SF! Once you start modding the truck, you won't be able to stop.
A lot of mods can be found here: Wiki A lot of folks start out with gauges, intake and exhaust. It all depends on your pocketbook!

Gauges gauges gauges. Then I would suggest the SCT tuner from a reputable company. There are several vendors around that make a good tune. As far as the intake, you won't see any improvement over stock until you start changing the turbos. The stock flows plenty enough. That's my current setup. If you're like most people, eventually you'll want more. Then you're into the world of head studs, a built tranny, injectors, and turbos. Several companies are releasing twins for this 6.0 as we speak.
