Hi Antonio,

Thanks for the note and sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with
biodiesel. This is the second complaint we have had from the Amarillo
location on poor fuel quality over the last week or so.

That location is not selling BioWillie diesel anymore and we are in dispute
with the owners for non payment of invoices.

I would steer clear of that location at we cannot vouch for the quality of
the fuel they sell as it appears to be off spec fuel. Once again, I am sorry
to hear that you have had a bad experience.

If you have a sample of the fuel still, we could see if we could get it
tested and see if the fuel is in fact in spec. If it is not, you would be
entitled to claim compensation from the RK Travel Center for selling off
spec fuel.

Go buy some and KEEP THE RECEIPT. If you can take someone with you to vouch for your sample, do so. If they are selling bio in the Willie tanks, if they are selling out of spec fuel, if a multitude of other things, you may have a DTPA claim that will cover any damage to your truck. Keep the contact information for the man who responded to you. If you can prove they knowingly sold fuel that is not what they say it is, you can nail them for 3 times your damages. (on a side note, if you are suddenly distraught over the idea your may have damaged your pride and joy and need to seek psychological counseling, we can make them pay for that too!). Just make a solid trail of everything you have done and bought. I suppose you dont have the original receipt do you? Pay by credit card?

I knew there was something fishy going on because Willies stands behind their product.

No receipt, paid cash. It was cold and I was in a hurry. There was a line and I didn't want to feel like an arse waiting for the slow as molasses girl behind the counter.

Do you think I should just get a sample or put some in my tank? I was just going to buy a gallon this afternoon.

I wasn't going to tell them, hopefully the fuel manager and store manager that I talked to will be gone. They might suspect something with me only getting a gallon in a brand new container.

The sample I got this evening doesn't have near the solids that what I drained out of the filter a few days ago does.

I'm going to send both I think to see if it's out of spec.
