Find bad injector

Turns out the scanner doesnt do that test because it hasnt been updated to the latest software.
I got the FICM flashed with the latest inductive heat cycle.... and that seems to have made it run horrible on a cold start. I can let it warm up for 5 minutes, seems fine untill you put it in gear. Then at least one cylinder seems to stop working and it starts blowing black smoke out and wants to die.
If I just stick my foot in it and go after about a 500ft when the rpm's get to about 2k it clears up and its fine after that.
