I'm having some custom fuel lines made up by my hydraulic shop and would like to know what type/size fittings is used for the fuel line feed going into stock 7.3L fuel/water separator bowl. I'm upgrading the fuel lines up to 1/2" complete line assemblies.

I'll post up photos once I have the lines made and installed.:sweet

1/8th" male NPT to JIC or what ever fitting you have on the hose end.

The factory uses a vibra-lok fitting(like on the return regulator) that screws into the filter housing. Same on the outlets like stated in the fuel system WIKI.

I'd like to make a larger flow fuel line from the stock pump to the fuel filter bowl. What you recommend Rooster?

My hydraulic shop is ready to make whatever I need.

Almost looking like 3/8" from the tank forward is what I may be going with although 1/2" might be over ambitious.
