i know this isnt a engine or drivetrain question but i need to know w hat the blue and white wire on the plug under neeth the steering colum does? mines been cut and i need to see what it goes to and. also what would cause my 0d light to flahs my trucks an 03 with only 37k on it and the shifting seems jumpy on it?

the flashing od light is a like a check engine light but for the trans. if its flashing theres something wrong with it and its only a matter of time before it goes out, not sure about the wires

Wires

Flashing od light means codes in the trans control module you should scan test it not good to drive like that could damage trans. The wires could be to add a brake controller usually red white and blue.
