Hey Robert,
Point taken. I just want to make sure everyone has correct information to make their decisions with. Probably 90% of homebrewers won't file taxes anyway, but there are many spreading information that we are tax exempt under 400 gallons/qtr, and that does not appear to be true...

roger joat,
spreading bad gouge is not good,
i just had to rant, about taxes :D
i feel better now :thumbs

i totally agree- paying taxes voluntarily would propably raise an eyebrow.
read the non-highlighted sections of the muni code joat posted.

if they dipped you and you had straight canola- they officer would look at you funny. i am not sure they would know how to ticket you.

i thought tbar's QD wvo filler was trick. they would never find that tank. or was it joat- anyhow until wvo/bio REALLY hits the mainstream, we are under the radar.
