You guys stink. There was such a lack of our club members that MY TRUCK took second in extreme diesel. How could you guys let that happen?? Do you have any idea how bad the club showing had to be for me to get second??? Jeff taking first I understand...
Just two more of you showing up would have kept that from happening...
Can you guys show up next time -if only to keep me from having to lug home a trophy??

Sorry went to Englishtown Saturday and didnt get home till 3AM sunday morning.Didnt really want to get up at the crack of dawn to wash and polish the truck anyhow.

BTW Like Jeff says somtimes peaple can make it,Somtime you cant.This was one time I couldnt make it.

To be honest and mean no disrespect to anyone, I went last year to that show and was not impressed with it at all.It was for the most part a bunch of lowrider Jap trucks that have nothing but rap music blasting I have no interest in seeing.

Um -that was a joke post. As the judges were lookin over my truck -I put my cigar out on the bumper. I have no idea how I got a trophy. I was just trying to illustrate that.

Maybe I read it wrong and took it the wrong way ,but when the Club website shuts down and Jeff steps down as President and says if nobody takes it over its dead in the water cause of a lack of interest whats someone to think?Sure aint a lack of interest on my part

So we're busy sometimes and can't all get together...so what? It happens.
Jeff and I were talkin about setting up another show with Dave -one for only 4x4s like it used to be. Show started out as a partnership with TeamBigUgly -a 4x4 club. When that went south -Disturbed Image stepped up -lowriders were the result. Pretty sure we can put something together -at least next season...

I have to admit...when it was only 4x4s there wasn't much to look at other than the trucks. The lowrider crowd has it's perks!!

You are correct 100% Jeff should not have been paying out of pocket for the site but I know personally I have said plenty of times I would be willing to pitch in and help with that.Plus what happened to peaple paying the dues thing?

As far as the club goes I dunno whats gonna happen.I noticed I could not get onto the CTPSD website a few nights ago so I sent him a PM about it.His response was "It no longer exists".I sent another PM to him asking if I could do anything to help .His response was "Its about money,and peaple having a lack of interest in the club".Low turnout rates at meets.The low turnout rates I can understand I seen that coming a few months ago and tried to make a few suggestions to help but that did not go over well with him.All I was doing was trying to help.I for one fall into the "Cant get enough crowd".I love meeting up there and seeing everyone but when I make a 35 min ride from my house to the meets and not alot of peaple show up and the "Locals" say Oh Well I out going home and leave and that leaves me holding my hand on my nuts saying to myself why do I even bother coming up there too.Why cause I enjoy going up there.

As far as Jeff stepping down goes,I dunno what the deal is with that.He just told me in a PM like stated above.Gave him my # and told him to call me that night to see if we can get this ship floating again but havent gotten a call yet.

There used to be what 30 members that would show up now and again?What are we down to 6 or 7?Its probably because things need to be addressed club wise to keep the interest going.I have ideas and I am sure thers do too,but those ideas never wanted to be heard by some.My thoughts are too see how things go the next few weeks and if things go south then I have an idea of my own.Just like I had before I meet the CTPSDC.Only time will tell.

Now,think about this,wouldn't it have been nice if he had brought his concerns about the club to discussion in the forum before going this route?
Kinda reminds me of the kid that takes his bat and ball and goes home cause he can't have everything his way

well i hope this club doesnt go south...im going on vacation next saturday and when i get home im buying an excursion....now i dont wanna be buying a $30,000 truck cause you guys all got me envying the **** out of your diesels only to have the club fall apart...if thats the case ill go buy a new honda civic for half the money and a warranty and 30mpg...
