Saw my first Gaggle (?) of Canadian "Honkers" do a Fly Over, going South this morning.

Kinda cool.. they were changing the Flight Leader.. talk'n it over while they all change positions.. got kinda Raggity.. then after Much discussion.. Got'r all straightened up, into an almost perfect V.. continued on their way..

We have had a killing frost already. I don't like the cold weather thats going to be coming but am glad that the geese will be moving on. They crap all over our camping area at the lake and eat the beans and corn down there. You can legally shoot up to 8 or 10 of them that are doing crop damage if you leave them lay but the fox and coyote eat them up as fast as you drop them so it doesn't really help keep em away. We have hundreds of em around here.

man if I knew what to do for a living out there I would move in a heart beat. Dont get me wrong Chicago is great and what not but I just cant stand the immigrants no more. %90 of our customers dont speak English well enough to understand what they are screaming at you about. And the only pretty thing we can look at is when we take a 1hr drive some where. Its so nice now that the season is over I can take a potty break and not come back to the counter with 3 or more pissed off customers. So winter come on down!

Man I want to move to colorado so bad! I didnt get to take my yearly 1 week trip to ride atvs there. The mountains are awesome and I LOVE the old mines and ghost towns. Just way more to do there than here in boring ks. Plus I do love snow. I'd only be about 8hrs away from my home town if I did move.
