Hello everybody, new guy here. I need to know the difference between a 2004 and a 2005 Ford F350 4 door frame. I have a 2005 complete cab and need a rolling chaise. I have located a 2004 but can't find a 2005. Thanks. John....

Ford changed the front suspension from leaf springs to coil springs in 05, they also went to bigger brakes. I assume your talking about a 4x4. I would think the 05 body will fit an 04 frame no problem. Oh yeah, Welcome to SDD!
