EXTREMELY rough idle to the point of dying

Today my truck started idling EXTREMELY rough, and died twice because of it. Also has horrible throttle response off the line because of it. I took a video with my phone to show you guys. Any ideas?

I would remove your 10k mod first. Then the always mentioned CPS. I assume that you are not throwing a code.

I've removed the 10K, and replaced the CPS just over a month ago. No code though.

I think I'm out of suggestions. My truck would idle rough after the injector swap but that was due to lots of air in the HPO system. I guess you could check the HPO pressure.
