Well mine is only about ten weeks and she almost has "sit" under her belt. It takes once or twice to remind her but she gets it. I even got her to sit once with the leash off. Just keep a little bit of hunger in their belly and they start to pick things up quick.

So I'm driving my truck down a quiet residential street at 10 mph with my border collie Buddy riding shotgun and see a youngster on a bicycle with training wheels along side his mom. The kid rides right in front of my truck so I stop short and scream at his mom: "Hey lady, my border collie is smarter than your kid." I meant it because it's true. Yeah, smart dogs are the ticket. :sweet

Sounds like down the street from my house. On a side street there are two families that puts signs out saying Kids Playing. The lots are 2+ acres, paved driveways. Why in the H*** are the kids riding their bikes and playing in the street? And the parents are no where around. So now everyone else is responsible for watching there kids. Keith

He is a Whippet. We had to put him to sleep over 1 year ago due to an enlarged heart. His registered name is Champion Wildcards Dangerous Liason. We have a monorchid male that is a nephew, Bailey. He is SOOO much like Bond that we are getting him neutered, and keeping him. Keith

ill get pictures later....but i just want to share with you guys that....my dad who manages a farm ...has a dog named mickey...that likes to check cows and feed with him....well last fall when the blue-healer finally got big enough to jump into the back of the F350 PSD flat bed, he realized that riding in the cab of the truck was a lot better that being in the back....he incredibly made the turn from the back of the truck through the front passenger window.....i have seen plenty of farm dogs but never have i seen one do that....
he didn't jump out and then jump in the window.....he slowly puts his right front paw on the door panal....then gets both back paws on the wooden rail of the flat bed...then inches his right paw toward the mirror so he can clear enough room for the left front paw to gain some support then....in one surge...jumps into the truck to join his dad...
