Extended warranties

Anybody have any experience wih FordWarrantys.com. I just bought a plan thinking I was buying from Ford Motor Company. They are an independent and claim to sell the same warranty backed by Ford.

Same thing happened when I bought my new truck in July of 2005. I haven't had to use it yet, because I just run out of my 36/36. I was not real happen when I found out they had pulled a switch on me.
I was told that it provides the same coverage that the Ford warranty does.
