I can't get my mind around over spinning... for it to over spin, that would also correspond to over boost. If you're still running 20-25 pounds of boost, the ECM will keep that in check (or the edge or whatever), no matter if you have a 2 inch pipe or a 10 inch pipe. Blade speed equates to boost. Now if you're pounding out 40 pounds of boost, then yeah, it might, but that's going to be the least of your worries...

phew, luckily my Ford dealership is pretty reasonable, my truck's still under warranty, as long as I don't have any problems that might be suspected from the Edge then they'll fix it :sweet

My heads going to explode listening to this I have a 4" down pipe to a straight pipe no cat no muff now after all this I think Ill drink a beer and jump off the roof then go buy a cummaprt!!!!!!!!!!!:dunno :dunno :confused:

When you say chopping noise I assume you are hearing turbo flutter?
