Exhaust Manifold Leak

Wondering if anyone has had warped exhaust manifold and what the symptoms were in identifying it? I have 325KM on a 2011 and get a whistle when accelerating. I had something similar a couple of years back and found a couple of broken manifold bolts, corrected them and changed what was a questionable turbo at the same time. This sounds similar, but the bolts are all tight and the turbo seems great. Could a warp manifold still allow exhaust to get through?

Check all the couplers. One might have a hole in it.

Turned out to be warped. When placing a strait edge across the manifold, the warp showed as almost 1/8". Replaced and running good again.
