Exc not starting

My 2001 EXC won't start. Clean the terminal and took the batteries to the auto shop which siad they where good. IT was turning over slowly last night but started but this morning nothing just dead.

I remove the starter and had it test at an auto store and it passed the bench test. Went back home and reinstalled the starter hooked the batteries back and has going to test the starter relay turned the ignition over the engine came to life. All I figure is a bad connection at the starter.

Yea sounds like that starter is dragging the batteries down
