Replacing the ICP sensor will cure the problem.

Guys, sorry for the short post a few days ago. It was late and i needed to get to bed. I was able to test the voltage at the ICP connection, and it tested 5.1v. Which is good. I got a ICP Sensor from the local Ford dealer and installed it........
We are back in business!!!!! WOOHOOOO. Thank you for all your input, advice and direction in this matter. I could not have solved the problem without you guys.
