What you heard on the TV of the Rolling Stones is NOT what everyone in Ford Field heard. ABC had the entire soundtrack recorded, and Mick and the Stones were keeping up to rehearsed time. That accounts for the TERRIBLE lip sync. Because there IS NO lip sync. I was a participant in the pre-game Super Bowl show in San Diego in the late 80's, we rehearsed to a pre-recorded tape for time purposes. That pre-recorded tape is what was used on the air. I can tell you you can't hear squat out there. The people in the stands see you as ants, and they can't tell the difference. The people at home however, see your mistakes in beautiful living color.
