Question engine swap on 97 7.3

swap out engine on 97 f250 7.3. engine ran fine now the idle is up around 850 . when truck is first started idle is 650 when warms up idles rough . injectors are good glow plugs fine no codes no check engine lite. truck is an automatic motor came out of standard tranny. when you take icp sensor plug off truck idle goes back to 650 sensor has oil in it plug it back in 10 to 20 seconds goes back to rough idle. thanks bobby

ICP is bad.

Before swapping the motor replace the icp sensor and check the ipr to make sure the solenoid isnt loose.
