So I took my 2015 F350 6.7 to dealer for Emissions Recall 21E01. Now I have an engine light, per the recall three (3) of the sensors are covered under the recall... They are telling me that the sensor needing replacement is not included. At the suggestion of the dealer, I called Ford customer relations, all they did was call the dealer and tell me the same thing...Any one experience the same issue?

Yes, that's the letter I received, but after they flashed the software I now have an engine light... they are telling me that the sensor that is defective is not covered under the warranty implied in the letter... My theory is that if the software would have been programmed properly, maybe I would have know a faulty sensor was on my truck and could have been covered under the original warranty... Dealer has promised that they will attempt to get this resolved through the avenues they as dealer have in situations such as this... been waiting a week now with no response...

Keep after the stealership, If that don't work try corporate

I received that same letter, but I'm not going to take my truck in cause I have a tune & if they reflash my truck I'll lose my tune & I'll have more engine & sensor lights than a Christmas tree
