2004 Excursion

The parking aid system is not working. I think the problem is in the on/off switch.
Question. Can the small panel holding the parking aid switch, 4 wheel switch, and the defrost switch be removed from the dash as a unit without pulling the dash?

Sure, just carefully pry it out. Use a big flat screwdriver or knife.

I may need a bit more info on this one. I tried to pry the panel out but did not have any luck. I can get a blade under the bottom edge but the other 3 side have a lip that does not allow the blade in.

If I have to how do I get the complete dash face off. I can get the lower left corner to release but can't seam to get any secondary clips to release.
