So cruising down the interstate at 70 mph my EGT's are registering at 800.

Thats about right. Zoo-dad mod will bring it down a little more.

I have actually already done the Zoo-dad. I am thinking of saving up my pennies and getting 4 in turbo back exhaust to hopfully bring it down a little more.
