Im replacing the oil cooler and repairing an egr cooler leak on my 2003 6.0 iv been told by several guys to put an egr cooler bypass on to save future problems..... Anyone have any info on this topic?

Pros: You,ll Love the increase in power,and less turbo lagg.
cons: you won't pass any emissions testing [depending on where you live] and You may also get a check engine light. The light is still on in my 06. I'm not sure about an 03.
Either way, While you have it out be sure and do something with it. The EGR system is a weak spot in any 6.0
