Edge tends to aim at the 'average' user in my opinion. The superchips have a killer program for the 6.0 and I don't think edge will ever touch it. Edge doesn't seem to be into making the biggest baddest tune anymore.

Like I said, just my opinion.

May not be the baddest of the bunch but I'll bet you won't vent your block with it either. I like mine for my 01 but I realize that is a completely different animal than your 05.

The Platinum is likely backing power down in an attemt to save your tranny.
