Edge Platinum problem

OK... So I have this friend.....

That has an '06 F-350 with the 6.0. I, I mean he, ran the the tuner on this truck until it developed a leak in the motor. It was removed to save the hastle at the dealership. Now that it is fixed we are wanting to re-install the tuner and it hooks up fine and turns on, but the truck sounds like it isn't getting any fuel, and will not start. It can be hooked up OEM and it will start fine. So what is wrong with the tuner. I have hooked it up three different times to make sure that I was getting a good connection everywhere. Does anyone have any sugestions?

as long as yer sure you hooked up each of the pcms the right way sounds like you lost yer programs. i'd tell "him" to call up edge and try to get it warrentied.

HMMMMM..... so I guess I will do that on Monday. I was really eager to get it up today. I thought that they used to have a 24 hr hotline. The number I got off of their website is a Mon-Fri deal.
