Question Edge juice additiude

I'am writing this for a friend. He has a Ford F350 With the 6.0 Has auto Tran's intake and 4" exhaust. He installed the chip but he's not getting anything out of it . I have tried everything that i know and it will not work.Any suggestions

What brand chip? Did he buy it new? Do you have the instructions/trouble shooting? Did you call tech support at the manufacturer? What's it doing, nothing?

may be a dumb answer but check the connections and make sure they are all clean so its receiving/ sending info properly???

I have checked every connection from top to bottom. It is a edge chip i have talk to the manufacture and get no where.

Is it powering up? If it isn"t check the fuse for the OBD port.
