Early '99 VS. Late '99... some questions

Is it really worth swapping out the HPOP for the later one? How much $$ are we talking (for the part I would do it myself)

It really depends on how much hp you are trying to make. Personally, find somebody with a scan tool (NGS or AutoEng) and see what your hpop is doing under WOT. No sense talking about changing it out ifn ya don't have to.
