DTC's with edge plat w/Trouble Codes?

I installed a new edge plat in my 06 6.0 f350 lariat 4wd, auto dually. I keep getting the following codes

P1378 Fuel Injector Control Module System Voltage Low
U0100 Lost Communication With ECM/PCM A
U0155 Lost Communication With Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Control Module

I found the descriptions on Welcome to guzzle's Diagnostic Trouble Code list Web Page

What are the causes of these codes? Are they related to the Edge? I have cleared them several times and they come right back.

I am fixing to go on a trip from Louisiana to South Carolina, 800 miles empty one way, and tow a 11,000 pound back to Louisiana, 800 miles. Should I worry about these codes? I don't want any trouble on the road.

Your programmer is the cause. Why? Ask the makers of the programmer. You stated that your truck was fine before you put on the Edge. The U codes are communications codes and really mean nothing by them selves. The P1378 is showing your Injector Control Module is confused, I think.
