Replaced or cleaned?
Its pretty common for the EGRs to get clogged up and stop working.
Get a can of brake clean/carb cleaner, remove the EGR, clean all the gunk off and put it back in. EGR is right on top of the engine between your radiator shroud and turbo, two bolts and one electrical plug. Its a big of a pain to get out but you should figure it out. Also, remove the two blue orings before you start spraying the cleaner on it and try no to get any cleaner inside the actual solenoid part, just clean off all the black stuff.
We havent had an EGR go bad yet but they ALWAYS get clogged up.
