I would check your wheels at this point, I know up to 07 all the wheels were hub centric meaning the hub centers the wheel on the spindle. The 08 and newer have gone to a lug centric type wheel meaning it uses the lug nuts to center the wheel on the spindle. If the guy putting the wheels back on the truck just jams the lug nuts back on with an impact with out centering the wheel first it will cause the problem you are describing. As far as the axle wrap is concerned there is only one way to fix it and that is put ladder bars on the truck to keep the axle in place during acceleration. I have the same problem with my truck when I have the big tune in it if I get on it hard and you would swear you just ripped the rear end out of the truck if you get on it to hard.
