I run 19.5's mostly unladen and have about 45k on them. They're "drivers" all around because of the snow in the mountains. I haven't had a wear problem on the fronts or rears, but I did ask Rickson about putting the drivers on all 4 prior to buying them and was told no problem. Are you running the truck heavily loaded or on some unusual road conditions? It doesn't seem like you have enough miles on it to have worn the chassis components out.

So you are running drive tires on the the front as well and Rickson said that is okay. Yeah, I only have 47k miles on my truck. I did just replace the front and rear shocks with Bilsteins. The stockers were toast. I don't tow more that about 10k lbs. Front end is good along with the alignment. I just want to do whats best. The 4 rears are still like new while the fronts are about spent.

Usually the 19.5's wear like iron. Sounds like everything is in order, I'm not sure what to make of the excessive front wear.
