DP tuner questions

Kind of in a funk right now. I am having some issues with my dp tuner. While I'm waiting for them to get back in touch with me I was wondering if anybody has experienced similar problems.

The positions are supposed to be: 0-no start, 1-stock, 2-high idle, 3-80econo, 4-140 agressive.

What I actually have: 0-high idle, 1-80econo(assumption because its a lot more than stock), 2-no start with a cel, 3-no start with a cel, 4-140 aggresive.

Can this be a problem on my end or do you think it is the chip?
Additionally, After driving to work, the 80econo tune is running but with a cel(which didn't come on until I took her out for lunch).

hey there i just got an f-6 too .and jody has been very helpfull . do you have a 402 or a 420 ? and do you have bigger tires? im not sure 100% but to use the no-start you must fallow the sequence so it souldnt be a problem , and the smoke mine dumps it in 80 and 120 and he will fix that in fuel program , so be patient with him he is a guru at this.

Sorry for not stating it up front, but it is an f5.

I know what the sequence is to put it into no start mode, but the problem is that it starts. Actually I think that he has my high idle tune in that position because that is what it does when it starts in position zero. I managed to pull the codes for the ses light in the 80 econo and 140. They seem to have been flukes. I erased them and haven't thrown them in 100 miles. I just wish I could get in contact with Jody to straighten this all out. Not mad at him just frustrated. Love the tunes that I do have though.

does it run funny at all? If it does, theres a chance you might not have the chip properly seated on the pcm. Go back and check all your connections to make sure its night and even and tight.

Also, make sure that you got all of the silicon material off the pcm.

Either way, jody will get you set.
