That is a reduction in mileage of .6 mpg. Is that about what you guys are seeing?

I see more like a 2-3mpg decrease but it is mainly due to the warm-up time when leaving work. I think it is currently something like -25 which is warm for this time of year and at -25 it takes about 10 minutes just to get heat out of the heater. Once the heat starts flowing it takes another few minutes to thaw the seat out enough that you can sit on it ;) The warm-up time ends up being longer than the drive home so mpg are greatly reduced. We are running #2 in the Caterpillar equipped trucks at work and they are seeing great improvements in mileage over running #1 but the Cummins equipped trucks don't do any better on #2. I have never ran #2 in my PowerStroke during the winter so I don't know just what part of the mpg reduction is due to fuel.

So far, the coldest that I have seen when starting the truck is 58 degrees. It is down to 46 degrees tonight, but do not need to run the truck. No warm up time needed here.

I see a slight drop in the winter fuel. Again, like Crumm, I also let mine run sometimes before leaving (usually less than 5 mins, just to get the heater to blow warm air and to melt the frost). As far as prices dropping, I'm not seeing too much of that in this (NE Texas) area. Most prices are still in the $3.29-3.39 range.
