Door open light?

The door open light stays on, on the guage cluster. My first thought was, close the damn door. That dont work. But really, first thought was the plunger in the door jam is bad on one of the doors. Then while im screwing with them i realized that the dome light goes out when i close the door. So these plungers also controle that. Ok, now im lost.

Any ideas?

usually when that happens you just take a can of WD40 and squirt it down in the latch and it will relubricate the switch and fix the problem.

means it's not the l/f door that has the sticky plunger

Yup ... Amazing how the WD-40 trick cured the same issue on Mama's Navigator...
