dome light override?

Is there some secret button i don't know about to control the dome lights on an 05 psd? Hard to think Ford would throw in all those aux switches but not something as simple as a dome override switch??

It is on the rheostat that controls the Dash Light brightness (dimmer). Turn it all of the way UP and the dome light will come on.

yea but theres no way to turn it off or keep it off when a door opens, at least not that i know of?

Nope. My wifes 2000 Explorer has on overide to turn it OFF, but not on these high dollar trucks.
