I all new here I post in the new here forum and have been read some of the forum here. I do see a lot of people with 6.0 and I believe 6.4 liter asking for help. I thought I bring this up if you don't know or maybe you do but there a guy Bill Hewitt he's the powerstroke help guy has video on you tube he seem to be very knowable in the 7.3,6.0 and 6.4 just go to you tube type in powerstroke help in the search engine he got a lot of good videos.

Be care full with him he worked on my 04 6.0 and could never fix it even after he put another used block in and I was still had problems. Lost about 10k in repairs and 5 trips 880 miles round trip. It was never fixed and he would not do anymore. Ended dumping the truck at a dealer and get another truck. Dealer put on new heads problem fixed for new owner.
