If I am correct, they are wires that you can use to hook accessories up to. Under the dash should be the other end of the wires. Forget the "correct" name but that is the purpose.

Yup that is what they are for. Just conncet to both ends for whatever you need them for. They should terminate behind the fuse block on the drivers side.

customer access wires i believe was the name...correct the other end of them is under the dash so you don't have to puncture the firewall seals to have wires going in the cab from under the hood
