RIGHT...I'll get right on that and be waiting for the "shipping company" to pick up this item, and I'm sure that "certified U.S. payment" is good as gold.

NOT!

Scamola!! I received one of these in response to something that I had on Craigslist here in Dallas. A few people stated that they have received this same email on a few forums that I go to.

There's websites devoted to messing with these people. If you want to read some hilarious stories search Nigerian 420 scams. Hours of entertainment. One actually had three scammers working againt each other...

:dunno need pics before I can say...:D

If you didn't have to give him your address, you could have some fun. I know of a guy that got them to send the check 3 times, because he kept telling them that he lost it. :D

Then, he gave them all to the authorities, whatever good that does. Since it is originating from foreign soil, I'm not really sure what they can do about it besides invade Nigeria, which probably isn't going to happen. ;)

The thing I cannot believe is that PEOPLE ACTUALLY GET DUPED by this scam. I mean COME ON!!! How dumb does someone have to be to not see through the GAPING CRACKS in this setup...

"I'll send you a CHECK for MORE than the amount you are asking for, and then YOU send me CASH out of your bank account to cover the difference!!!"

If absoulutely NOTHING else, they've got to stop and wonder why they are being asked to withdraw money from their account and send it to a perfect stranger!!! THAT is TRUST....
