DIY filter system

This is a question to all the guys who have put on either a tymar or donaldson monster filter. How did you put the air sensor on it? I have been trying to figure this one out. My mechanic says it will make a difference if I leave it with out it. I thought I would check to see what the rest of ya'll did. Thanks

I didn't put it on there....just zip tie it out of the way..

Zip tie that critter. It will be just fine.

I have a bung in the 45 intake elbow. It's NPT threaded as is the sensor, but I forget which size. I also had to lengthen the wires slightly.

Zip-tie it close to the filter and it will be fine.

there is an angle bracket that is close by, i tied it to that and it is almost touching the filter. doesnt even look out of place.
