Diesel smell in cab

On my 99 the fuel filter cover gasket had a random blowout and completely sprayed down the engine compartment. The big bummer about that was the diesel smell in the heating and a/c for a couple months. The bonus was, the fuel did a awesome job of polishing down the whole engine compartment.

Look for pooling in the valley. It could be the drain valve, they don't always leak out the drain tube....
