Last week diesel dropped locally (central IL) from around $3.95-$4.00 to $3.839-$3.959... Wally world/Murphy has a 10 cent/gallon discount thru July 7 if you use their "gift" cards...so I paid $3.739/gal -- that made a $200 fuel purchase feel almost like a good deal! 
But driving south a few counties today, the prices are still in the $3.9x range.
Most truck stops around here seem to add 10-25 cents/gallon over other retailers.
